    • 70% grenache, 25% rolle, 5% syrah
    • Terroir
    • Old grenache planted on pebbly siliceousclay terrace. Rolle selected on a dark volcanic hillside.
    • Winemaking
    • It is a «saignée» (bleeding) rosé. After harvesting, grenache and Rolle are destemmed and blended in stainless steel vats. We let them macerate for a few hours to extract the finest flavours. Bleeding juice is then fermented at moderate temperature to preserve our terroir’s expression. It is aged on the lees to enhance elegance. A small part of the blend is vinified and aged in oak barrels. At the end of aging, we add a touch of Syrah to the blend to improve balance and complexity.

    • Nice pale colour. Complex nose of ripe citrus fruits, mandarin, spices. Full and delicate mouth, very elegant.

    • Enjoy it chilled on its own. Or try it with one of the recipes, Michelin star chef Adam Grey has especially created for our Rosé:

      – Pan fried fed mullet with baby spinach salad and crushed caesar new potatoes,

      – Hand dived scallops and roasted cobnut salad, maple syrup dressing,

      – Grilled guinea fowl breast with roasted vine tomatoes and crispy ham.
