It is our top Rosé wine. A blend of grenache, rolle and syrah from our greatest terroirs of volcanic and villanfranchiens
terraces. The bottle is sealed with an elegant glass cork.

Domaine Montrose Prestige Rosé in detail
70% grenache, 25% rolle, 5% syrah
Old grenache planted on pebbly siliceousclay terrace. Rolle selected on a dark volcanic hillside.
It is a «saignée» (bleeding) rosé. After harvesting, grenache and Rolle are destemmed and blended in stainless steel vats. We let them macerate for a few hours to extract the finest flavours. Bleeding juice is then fermented at moderate temperature to preserve our terroir’s expression. It is aged on the lees to enhance elegance. A small part of the blend is vinified and aged in oak barrels. At the end of aging, we add a touch of Syrah to the blend to improve balance and complexity.
Tasting, food and wine
Nice pale colour. Complex nose of ripe citrus fruits, mandarin, spices. Full and delicate mouth, very elegant.
