    • 60% syrah, 40% cabernet sauvignon.
    • Terroir
    • Calcareous-clay, volcanic and siliceous-clay gravels.
    • Winemaking
    • Each terroir is vinified separately. Grapes are destemmed. Long maceration (four to five weeks) during which we punch the cap frequently and we maintain temperature below 30°C (86 F). Wines are
      blended at the end of winter and then aged in stainless steel tank for twelve months. Bottling at the end of winter.

    • Deep red colour. Complex nose of red fruits, blueberry, blackcurrant, thyme. Ample mouth, with a good balance and elegant tanins. Drink within four years.
